Eva Mendes is an American model and actor. Talent agents recognized her talents and convinced her to make a profession as an actor or model. After some thought, she decided to drop out of college to pursue a career in the field of entertainment. Her debut came in the film 'Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror and she was dissatisfied with her performance. Her acting skills were sharpened by her appearance in low budget film productions. This was no straightforward path for the actor and her tenacity and determination earned her acclaim. In the movie Training Day she gained fame and got positive feedback. This was when her acting career began to begin to take off. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast, 2 Furious the Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
